Hello Kurt,

Ouch! Yes, my domain registration lapsed for an hour or two a few days ago- a long stupid story involving post office boxes, too much spam filtering and that comfortable illusion of eternity that a five-year domain name registration can give you. (;

Unfortunately Network Solutions was very quick to put up a placeholder page... fortunately, they were also very quick to restore my DNS to normal when I paid up damn quick, as you can well imagine.

I am, obviously, still adjusting to the rhythm of maintaining boutell.com as a part time endeavor while working full time at P'unk. But I remain very much committed to both sites, and there will be new and interesting things happening on Boutell.Com over the coming year. Mapedit and Wusage are still very much supported - both are quite mature products, but that didn't prevent me from successfully releasing Mapedit 4.0 back in November, which has been quite well received.

Thanks for your concern - entirely justified when someone commits a major goof like letting their domain lapse, even for half a day. (:

After this photo was taken you all came thumping down, while Rick gracefully floated up out of the shot. Stop pretending like that didn't happen.
