I did mean to leave a bit of mystery there. To answer your question I did work at Rolling Stone and it is my personal Rolodex from that time.

This Rolodex was “Lifted from Rolling Stone office.”. While having the typed description is great – I’d be even more interested to hear the story behind how you acquired this. Why were you in the office? How did you manage to lift it? Did you work there? Whose Rolodex was it? Perhaps the story isn’t as glamorous as I’m imagining, which is what makes this items lack of story the interesting bit? I don’t know.
