		<description>The first thing that comes to mind are &quot;multi-channel&quot; efforts or campaigns. Whether it is a printed VI direct mailer with a purl luring you to a website where you can sign up for a live event or, educational curriculum that incorporates self-led learning (ie reading&gt;workbook), online demonstrations/webinars and face-to-face instruction the various channels need to do a well choreographed dance. All of the &quot;channels&quot; need to weave into each other seamlessly justifying and supporting the other components. As people get hip to this trend subtlety and wit will be key. And that is where the fun begins...</description>
